Green Moms Carnival :: For The Heart Of It

A group of  remarkable woman gather each month to ponder meaningful green themed topics in the spirit of a united voice.  Our success as a group and reach is impressive.
As hostess this month my question to these fine ladies was WHY? Why do we speak as we do? What place in our heart does all this voice and passion come from?  AND for kicks — I challenged all to say so, in 250 words or less.

Welcome to this month’s Green Mom’s Carnival :: For The Heart Of It!

Amber Strocel of  Crafting Your Life says blogging is her chance to play with words, connect with others, and express herself –her post shares further that it’s much more than that.
Betsy Escandon of Eco Novice, is a newbie to the group.  She feels deeply responsible for the well being of her family. She dumps green information on her blog as a resource for herself and others.
I, Karen Hanrahan of Best Of Mother Earth have a remarkable need to share.  Having voice defines my very core and blogging gives me the space to do so in a “me” kindof way.
Micaela Preston of Mindful Momma combined her words of green, mindful, passion and community into a Wordle, which is the coolest thing I have ever seen.  You’ll just have to click on to experience that one!
Mary Hunt of In Woman We Trust shared that blogging is the soul reason for her personal and business growth since turning 50. Impressive statement!
Harriet Sugarman of Climate Mama was inspired by the words “be the change you wish to see”Blogging beame her ideal vehicle to present facts regarding Climate Change.
Lori Alper of Groovy Green Livin like Mary Hunt, found that blogging fueled her personal growth and fullfillment.
Abbie Of Farmers Daughter shares her life long affection for reading and writing.
Lynn Miller of Organic Mania speaks to a love/hate relationship with blogging. She still acknowledges that bit of miracle a blog can provide.
Robin Elton of Simple Green Organic Happy stated how completely in love she is with the natural world and wants more than anything to treasure the earth as a gift.  Her words and imagery are totally a reflection of that.
Beth Terry of My Plastic Free Life writes how her purpose is defined by those who don’t have voice to speak for themselves. For Beth that’s the harm of plastics.
