By design, I began authoring Best Of Mother Earth as a pointer site.
Conceptually that is what I thought blogging was about.
I had a wellness product site that didn’t traffic well.
Blogging was supposed to help.
Along the way of course it became more.
MUCH more.
Now it’s a place to have a passionate voice and a place to connect with people.
The idea of of a small world doesn’t compare to the intimacy of the blogosphere.
I adore writing, complimenting what I write with imagery and sharing as best I can bits of my ideas and resources. Much of what I share here is me simply being me.
In the land of nutritional supplementation, with all the many nutrients to choose from…AND given all the reasons why one might need and could benefit from them. It is very easy to see why supplementation is so appealing.
It’s also easy to see why supplementation is so darn confusing too!
In the land of what I do best and how I actually earn my living, I sort all that hype and gobbly gook and help my clients figure out what nutrients and herbs might be a fit for them. I like everyone to feel that they actually know why this stuff is going into their body.

Some of the things I care about personally include:
I love love love the color blue.
I am drawn to vintage absolutely anything.
I own my first home and the early 1900′s hardware in it really rocks my world.
I am a closet creative dabbling in photography, poetry, short stories and collage.
I am an empty nester. After 1/2 a lifetime with children underfoot the idea of my personal freedom still baffles me. Currently they are both off in europe – can you say “proud” ?
I am not quite sure what to do with myself.
