Weight Loss. Here we go … again.
Often the goal to lose weight shoots out of the new year cannon and then fizzles out ever so quietly.
What’s a good diet?
Basically one that you will actually do. One that will help you lose weight, one that will teach you healthy eating – that is, if healthy eating is what you want.
I have personally been on quite a few programs most of which left me starved, bored or unable to manage with my lifestyle.
I feel after 2 1/2 Years that I found something that is a fit for me.
This inch loss program works with my chemistry, my lifestyle and keeps providing me results.
Look forward to a series of emails this month on this topic retracing my personal journey and discoveries.
I will be touting a specific product line and regime so if that’s not appealing to you, stop reading.
When you buy into a weight loss programs they can cost money. I happen to be very enrolling and like to sell. If someone wants what I have to offer them I have no problem taking their credit card number.
A few clients have spent hundreds on what they saw perhaps as something to assist them with their personal weight loss only to make these mistakes along the way:
A weight loss shake with hershey’s chocolate syrup, slathered with whip cream is probably not a good breakfast.
A Wendy’s cheeseburger might be a serving of protein and bread, but not necessarily a great daily choice for dinner.
A program has it’s chemistry, doing the “make it up as I go sally version” might mess with the science behind the program.
Eating a snickers bar in cognito during the drive through car wash counts
French Fries are not exactly part of the food guide pyramid.
Ketchup is not a vegetable
No one needs chocolate, we understand we want it, but do we really really need it? Okay Okay it has it’s health benefits
Coffee is not the beverage of choice.
Skip the diet coke – seriously.
As a wellness consultant I feel ill equipped to really handle some of the above types of situations. I kid you not that I have consulted with a few who believed that daily fast food and whip cream was a fine part of a weight loss program.
I question the commitment to the above kindof thinking.
I say this not to be mean but to wonder outloud. Can we be on diet and still eat fast food? Why? Can we really want to lose weight and eat whipping cream for breakfast?
Help me understand.
Better yet. Consider if you are really committed to your health – if so, that’s where my expertise, products and services can be of assistance.
I so want to help.
Know anyone who might benefit from a nutritional consultation?? My business is based entirely on word of mouth referrals, please don’t keep me a secret!! Share this information with those you know.

The most highly revered diet loss herb is green tea. Other types of herbs usually come with serious side effects, so it is usually best to stick with green tea. You add in healthy meals of veggies and low-fat proteins, and you have a week-long, healthy detox that is a terrific way to jumpstart a diet loss plan. I do this detox several times a year, just to help keep my system balanced. If you took good notes, then you’ll be able to use the review process as a learning experience to fine tune your rapid diet loss.
thank you, this is very useful posting
