  1. Oh My! Your arm matches your wall! ;}I hope it doesn’t feel as bad as it looks – but the bruises do seem to be recovering well. GoodHealingEnergy, comin’ your way!Karen J

  2. doesn’t it ??? i have to say that the pain ebbed rather quickly  — i am feeling the vibes – thank you

  3. Ah, grasshopper. This reminds me of the Buddhist koan “what is the sound of one hand typing?” Glad to know you are doing well. Sending healing thoughts from frozen Missouri!

  4. ooooh i will use that ….classic, what is the sound of one hand typing …..feeling the warm vibe alline thank you

  5. I read your blog occasionally, and I hope you are feeling better, but I’d rather not see your bruises and needle marks. If everyone that had surgery posted their bruises, stitches, or scars, it would be rather depressing (and quite honestly, rather inappropriate).Saying you are doing better and posting a pleasant picture might have been a better idea. Some things are best kept off a blog that focuses on wellness, recipes, etc.

  6. thank you pat… too soon to tell or know how it’s doing …pain is down though…yay!!!

  7. No offense, but what does showing bruises from IV’s and needles prove? Perhaps you’d like a pictures of my abdominal scar from surgery to add to the collection. From what I can tell, your blog is about the products you sell and nutrition information….it’s not a place for icky pictures
