Hanrahan Earth MotherYou mention :"It contains Lactase, Alpha- Galactosidase, Protease, Amylase and Lipase." but don't bother to suggest what these things are, or what they help us digest.I immediately think of your reaction to passages in the last newsletter, where you said you want to know that stuff before reading further.Make sense?

I hope this information is helpful to other readers! My Brain and my Body are no longer Bloated! Six years ago, my body began an unexpected post-menopausal journey through a maze filled discomfort and confusion. My mantra was, “I am not digesting my food properly.” No one could give me a clear direction, let alone a cure. I finally discovered that I had become gluten intolerant. Now, I only eat rice and millet. Our eldest son has Type 1 diabetes and I had always had a dairy allergy, so it was easy for me to modify my diet. Then, I discovered that I could not tolerate soy, sugar and fermented foods. When I began working with Karen, she offered me EZ-Gest® along with Optiflora® Probiotic Complex. I had tried other digestive enzymes, however they did not work as well as EZ-Gest®. I use the EZ-Gest twice a day without fail, and if I forget, my body reminds me! Brava for EZ-Gest® and Karen’s knowledgeable consultation!

It is a bit of a farce to eat enzymes if you do it so you can eat the bad stuff ...that doesn't make sense at all!! Yet I bet lots of folks look at it that way!

i can see the movie in my head...feel cramped-bloated--burpy--belchy--frtsy?and the michelin guy dances with the little white doughboy...then appears the handmaiden--floating through a field of flowers---light and enzymatically happy.all adults lose the capacity to produce lactase and galactase to digest dairy, watch for yoghurt and pizza, quesadilla and burrito, and even potatoes au gratin..unless you take your full spectrum enzymes before splurging and gorging.
