My Plans?
Plan A – dinner with some great lady friends, via candlelight – didn’t pan out
Plan B - treck by train to the hancock, watch the sun go down in the lounge, watch the city lights come up and then observe the flagship city shut it down for Earth Hour. My Mother Earthly budget hestitated, at $$$ for a beverage, I had to really think if this was in my best interest and decided no. I thought it was a fun idea though!
Plan C – light the baby blue baby Jack is here candles and what ever other twinkle I can muster and enjoy the peace and pondering that often comes with lights out and quiet.
Thus my efforts will be homespun.
What about you ? What are you doing tonight at 8 PM

Dear Mother Earth. Thank you for the Earth Hour awareness. My husband and I turned off all the lights in our home and created a romantic “Old Movie Moment.” However, until I spoke with you I did not know we were supposed to have our TV on. Oops. Next time we won’t be “in the dark” about the appropriate protocol. “Enlighten” Sheila
My dear bloggy friend Sheila – you and your husband are one of the most romantic couples I know! As as far as I am concern the fact that you set a romantic tone with candles says a whole lot to me!! Next year we all can do better with our Earth Hour or maybe we can have a daily Earth Hour!! The possibilities are endless!!
