Several years back while vacationing in the Seattle area we stumbled upon this darling little town. Turns out our waitress, Tara Johnson, a very dynamic young woman, was from our Illinois. She was so excited that we were from her home state and she made our lunch experience very special just by being enthusiastic, cheerful and an absolute blast to talk to!! As we got to know her we found out she was a photographer and graphic designer. I was so intrigued by her I asked to keep in touch and we have been emailing back and forth ever since. I asked her for copies of my 2 favorite pieces from her portfolio way back when and she recently honored that request.  How grateful I am. 

I hope you like them as much as I do.   

I am drawn to the richness of color in both of these photographs, the blue of course is positively intoxicating.
