Chicken a la ?

Testing the waters of being single while the kids are gone on vacation
the garden is mass producing pear tomato’s
i have tri-fetticini pasta to use and a lonely boneless chicken breast
the fridge and pantry are rather bare

this recipe is a compilation of “what’s around “

and it turned out way delicious

saute chicken strips in fresh garlic and olive oil.

add white wine —- the kids hate when i cook with white wine ( maybe I will just immerse myself in it this week)

add marinated jarred artichoke hearts, crushed red pepper, the tomato’s and simmer all until chicken strips are cooked through

add a tidge of half and half and the pasta to warm, cover with parmesan cheese

the secret ingrediants and what made this particularly tasty was the wine and the red pepper – very yummy

Hi Marcus — I completely agree – it is a very nice picture – I did credit the photo back to you with a hyperlink.  Are you OK with that or would you like me to remove the picture from my blog?

I’m delighted to hear that Marcus. Thank you!  I feel so grateful for all the flickr pictures I find that can bring an expression to what I write about. I am also such an admirer of anyone with the talent for photography, searching flickr is pretty amazing!
